Before I leave, I test full travel, confirm smooth closing, and make sure everything is secure for everyday use. Scope and a flat-rate quote are confirmed before work begins. What’s included: inspection, adjustment and tightening of hardware, track checks, alignment of panels, correction of door height, and final testing for smooth operation. If rollers, guides, pins, or small hardware are worn out, I can replace them as part of the agreed scope.

Replacement parts (rollers, tracks, guides, handles) are additional if needed and are confirmed before purchase/installation.
