What’s included (scope): small and medium drywall patches, fixing anchor damage, popped screws, dents, and minor cracks, plus feathering, sanding, and leaving the area patch-complete and paint-ready.
When this service is needed: after removing TV mounts, shelves, hardware, picture frames, door stops, or when drywall has dents and small cracks from everyday wear.
How the work runs: I protect the area, prepare the damaged section, install the patch if needed, apply compound in multiple coats as required, then sand carefully and check flatness so the wall is ready for primer/paint.
• Painting and exact colour matching are not included by default. If you want primer/paint applied, it can be added when requested and agreed in advance.
• Drying time depends on the patch size, compound type, and room conditions. Some repairs may need more than one visit to allow proper drying between coats.
• Active moisture issues, mould, or soft/wet drywall are outside the scope of a standard patch repair until the source is fixed and the area is properly remediated.
• Large-scale drywall replacement, structural repairs, or insulation/vapour barrier work are not part of a basic wall patch repair and would be quoted separately.
