Old vanity damaged, outdated, or no longer fitting your bathroom layout? I remove the old unit and install a new vanity and sink cleanly and securely, with careful alignment and solid mounting. The plumbing is reconnected neatly so the drain runs properly and the connections stay leak-free. I level the vanity, secure it to the wall, and finish the edges with clean sealing to help protect against water damage. Before I leave, I test the faucet, drain, and all accessible joints to confirm normal operation. Pricing is clear: the final scope and a flat-rate quote are confirmed before work begins. I serve Ottawa, Nepean, Barrhaven, Kanata, and Orléans.

What’s included: removal of the old vanity (where applicable), basic wall/area preparation, installation of the new vanity, leveling and secure mounting, sink placement, connection of the drain and P-trap, faucet connection, and sealing of edges/joints for a neat finish.

When this service is a good fit: you’re replacing a worn vanity, upgrading the look of the bathroom, fixing a cabinet that’s swollen from moisture, or installing a new unit after minor renovation work (paint/tile updates).

Process & expectations: I shut off water as needed, disconnect the old connections safely, remove the old unit, confirm fit and level, secure the new vanity, connect the drain/P-trap and faucet lines, and then run functional tests (fill, drain, leak check). If I find hidden damage (soft wall, rot, or uneven surfaces) that affects the installation quality, I’ll explain the options before proceeding.

Not included / when a licensed plumber may be required: this service covers typical installation and accessible reconnections. It does not include relocating supply/drain lines inside walls, major pipe modifications, replacing in-wall valves, or work that must legally be done by a licensed plumber. If the job requires pipe relocation, structural opening, or any scope beyond accessible connections, I will tell you upfront so you can involve the right licensed professional.
