Bathroom & Utility Sink Installation in Ottawa

I install and replace bathroom vanity sinks and utility sinks so the mounting is secure, the faucet is connected properly, and the setup seals and drains reliably.
If an old sink or faucet is being replaced, I remove it carefully and prep the surfaces for a clean fit.
I reconnect supply lines and the drain at the existing locations and then test everything under normal water pressure.
Before finishing, I confirm there are no drips at the faucet base, supply connections, or drain joints and that the sink drains as expected.

What’s included: installation or replacement of bathroom vanity sinks and utility sinks using existing supply and drain locations; mounting and secure fastening; faucet connection (when part of the job); drain connection (P-trap/tailpiece alignment where accessible); sealing where appropriate; and full leak testing.

Important notes & limits: this service uses existing water supply and drain locations. It does not include relocating plumbing lines, opening walls, structural wall/floor repair, or replacing hidden shutoff valves inside walls. If code-regulated plumbing changes are required under local rules, I will explain it clearly and recommend using a licensed plumber for that portion.
