What’s included: removal of the old toilet, basic flange area inspection, replacement of the wax ring or seal, positioning and leveling, secure mounting, reconnecting the water supply, leak testing, and a neat bead of caulking around the base (where appropriate).

When this service helps: the toilet rocks, smells at the base, shows minor seepage, has repeated wax-ring failures, sits unevenly on the floor, or you’re upgrading during a bathroom refresh.

Process & result check: I confirm the toilet is seated and leveled, then run multiple flush tests and inspect around the base and supply connection. I also verify stable mounting (no wobble) and proper tank fill/flush performance before finishing.

Important limitations: I do not alter main drain lines, open walls, or perform work that must be completed by a licensed plumber under local rules. If the flange is broken beyond a basic reset, the drain line is damaged, or the job requires major plumbing modifications, I will advise you to use a licensed plumber for that portion.
