Welcome to FIXITALL HANDYMAN SERVICES! These terms govern the provision of repair and maintenance services. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.
- GENERAL TERMS
1.1. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and FIXITALL HANDYMAN SERVICES.
1.2. We provide repair, maintenance, and related services.
1.3. All services are provided in compliance with Ontario law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
- SERVICE COST AND DEPOSIT
2.1. The service cost is calculated before booking.
2.2. Final payment may vary depending on the progress of the work.
2.3. The deposit shall not exceed 10% of the total order cost. The remaining amount is payable after work completion.
2.4. If the client cancels the service after making a deposit, the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies (see Section 6).
- ORDER PROCESS
3.1. The client selects the service, date, and time via the website.
3.2. Before payment, the client must agree to these terms.
3.3. The order is confirmed upon deposit payment.
- WORK EXECUTION
4.1. Work is performed at the agreed time.
4.2. The client must provide access to the work site at the scheduled time.
4.3. If the client fails to provide access or provides incorrect details, the order may be canceled without a deposit refund.
- PAYMENT AND RECEIPTS
5.1. After work completion, the remaining amount is payable.
5.2. Payment methods: card, e-transfer, or other agreed methods.
5.3. The client receives a receipt and work confirmation.
- CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
6.1. Client cancellation:
– 48 hours before work – full deposit refund.
– Less than 48 hours – no deposit refund.
– Same-day cancellation – no deposit refund.
6.2. Contractor cancellation:
– If the contractor cancels, the deposit is fully refunded.
– If the client does not provide access or violates terms, the deposit is not refunded.
6.3. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5 business days.
- WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
7.1. We guarantee service quality. Any issues must be reported within 7 days after work completion.
7.2. We are not liable for damages not caused by our work or for improper use after repair.
7.3. Any disputes are resolved under Ontario law.
- AGREEMENT TO TERMS
8.1. Before payment, the client must read these terms.
8.2. Clicking “AGREE” and making a deposit confirms the client’s acceptance of these terms.
