Hi, I’m Ruslan from FixItAll Handyman Services. I install laminate flooring in condos, apartments, and houses across Ottawa — including removals of old flooring, underlay installation, and careful cuts around doors, closets, and stair edges.

I check the subfloor, deal with minor uneven spots, leave proper expansion gaps, and cut planks so the pattern looks balanced. At the end I reinstall baseboards or shoe moulding where needed and leave the space swept and tidy.
