What’s included: installation of sink-mounted and countertop faucets, including pull-down, pull-out, and modern single-handle models; careful tightening of fittings; clean hose connections; and tidy finishing around the base (including cleaning old caulking where relevant).

Important limitations: I handle standard faucet replacement/installation at the fixture connection points. If the job requires opening walls, replacing shutoff valves inside walls, major drain/vent work, or anything that must be performed by a licensed plumber under local rules, I will advise you to use a licensed plumber for that portion.
